Shoper Integration
Integrating Weaver WMS with Shoper
To integrate the Weaver WMS system with Shoper, follow these steps:
- On the top navigation bar, go to the Settings section.
- Select the cart icon labeled E-commerce Settings.
- From the dropdown menu, choose the Shoper option.
After completing the above steps, the Shoper configuration list window will open:
Next, select the "Add" option.
This should open the configuration window.
Configure Shoper Integration
Required Configuration Settings:
- Configuration name
- REST API address
- User
- Password
- Base address for graphics
Then, click the "Test Connection" button.
Variable | Meaning |

Number of modification days | Number of past days for which material modifications are fetched |
Add new materials to WMS | Adds materials from Shoper that are not in WMS |
Create warehouse stock in WMS | Creates warehouse stock for the material fetched from Shoper |
Update existing materials in WMS | Updates existing materials in WMS with changes from Shoper |
Variable | Meaning |

Fetch COD (Cash on Delivery) orders | Synchronizes cash on delivery orders |
Use recipient's name as code | Uses the recipient's name to add to the catalog |
Additional Configuration Settings
- Set WMS to include stock reservations when sending data to Shoper.
- Specify how many hours back changes should be sent.
- Enable the use of external material codes for comparison.
Each of these features allows for better customization of the system to meet specific operational needs.
In this window, you can define identifiers for different statuses and the number of past days from which changes should be sent.
