Allegro Integration
The process of integrating Weaver WMS with Allegro includes the following steps:
- Go to the Settings section in the top navigation bar.
- Select the cart icon marked as E-commerce Settings.
- From the dropdown menu, select the Allegro option.
After completing the above steps, the Allegro configuration list window opens. Then, click on the Add option.
A configuration window opens, where you can set the configuration name and the hostname (to be downloaded using the button on the right side). Then, click the Authorization button.
In the next step, you will be redirected to your browser, where you must confirm the authorization code by clicking the Next button.
Next, you will need to log in to the account from which the orders will be fetched.
In the WMS system, there are settings for Order Fetching:

Create reservations in WMS for fetched orders | Create reservations for materials required in the order. |
Create courier document | Create a WKA document in WMS. |
Courier document definition | The numbering of courier shipments. |
Use recipient's name as code | Use the recipient's name to add them to the catalog. |
Send tracking number for the shipment | Send the parcel tracking number to Allegro, indicating it has been shipped. |
Status change | Disabled - no status change. Change to "in progress" after fetching the order – set the order status in WMS to "in progress". |
