Payment Methods Mapping

Introduction​

The payment method mapping function in Weaver WMS allows you to mark which payment method the customer has chosen, on the WZ document and information for the courier in case of cash on delivery payment.

This feature can be configured in Settings -> E-commerce -> Payment Methods Mapping.

Adding a Payment Method​

  1. Go to the Payment Methods Mapping section and click Add.

  2. In the form:

    • Source: Select the e-commerce platform from which orders will be imported.
    • Source (details): Enter the configuration name for the selected e-commerce platform.
    • Name in the external system: Input the payment method name, e.g., P24 or PAYU for Allegro.
    • Payment Type: Select the corresponding payment type in WMS.

  3. Click Save to confirm the configuration.

Notes on Cash on Delivery Orders​

For cash on delivery (COD) orders, mapping is not required. The system will automatically assign the payment method as Cash on Delivery.

Configuration Outcome​

Once the configuration is saved, all orders imported from the selected source will have the appropriate payment methods mapped.
