Stocktaking in the WMS Weaver System
Program Weaver WMS allows you to create stocktaking of your warehouse.
To do that, click on the add stocktaking button.
Step 1: Backup Database
It is recommended to make a backup copy of the database. To check database settings, click on the database settings button.
After that, click the next button.
Step 2: Add Owner
In the next step, you can add the owner if you have more than one. You can also add some remarks.
Step 3: Select Warehouse
Now it's time to choose the warehouse where you want to create stocktaking. Select your option and go to the next page.
Step 4: Select Warehouse Space
In the next step, select the space in the warehouse where you want to create stocktaking. After that, click the next button.
Step 5: Choose Materials
Now choose materials. You can use the select all button.
Step 6: Add Additional Options
In the next screen, you can add some additional options. Set whatever you want.
Step 7: Stocktaking Summary
This is one of the last screens. You can see here a summary of your stocktaking. After clicking the next button, your stocktaking will be performed.
Step 8: Finish Stocktaking
After your stocktaking is finished, you will see information about that. Click ok and then finish.
Step 9: View Stocktaking Documents
Okay, now you can see your stocktaking on the document list. Below that, you can find document items.
Materials that are in stocktaking are blocked. If you want to unblock them, cancel the stocktaking or book the stocktaking and then transfer them to the archive.
