Stocktaking
Program Weaver WMS allow to create stocktaking of your warehouse. To do that click on add stocktaking button.
It is recommended to make a backup copy of a database. To check database settings click on database settings button. After that click next button.
In next step you can add owner if you have more than one. If you want to you can also add some remarks.
Now it's time to choose warehouse where you want to create stocktaking. Select your option and go to the next page.
In next step select space of warehouse where you want to create stoctaking. After that click next button.
Now choose materials. You can use select all button.
In next screen you can add some additional options. Set whatever you want.
This is one of the last screen. You can see here summary of your stocktaking. After click on next button your stocktaking will be performed.
After you stocktaking will be finished you will see information about that. Click ok and than finish.
Ok now you can see your stocktaking on documents list. Below that you can find documents items.
Materials that are in stocktaking are blocked. If you want to unblock them cancel stocktaking or book stocktaking and then transfer to archive.
