Correction - a change made to something in order to correct or improve it

Database - a large amount of information stored in a computer system in such a way that it can be easily looked at or changed

Lot - batch or group of the inventory that was received by, shipped from, or stored in a certain warehouse

Material - the matter from which a thing is or can be made

Recipient - a person who receives something

Shipping - the act of sending goods from one place to another

Stocktaking - the counting of all the goods, materials, etc. kept in a place such as a warehouse

Suplier - a company that provides a product, or the materials to make a product

Warehouse - a large building for storing things before they are sold, used, or sent out
